Six Main Steps of Acrylic Display Stand Manufacturing
Acrylic display stands need for many steps before it finished. Any mistake in one step will cause big problem to the whole manufacturing process. The engineer from Shenzhen Responsy Display Company would like to introduce you six main steps of the acrylic display stand manufacturing.
1. Cutting;
Laser cutting is a cutting tech. that can make out various types of shapes and structures. This step is to cut out certain shapes we need. Remember to cut 2-3 mm bigger than our ideal size.
2. Drilling;
This step is to drill some holes or screw holes on the acrylic display stand if necessary. Fixed the acrylic at a workbench, make sure it will move during the drilling. Make sure the holes are accurate.
3. Polishing;
This step is to make sure the brightness and glossy of the acrylic display stand can meet the demand of the customers. There are three ways for polishing: buffing polishing, flam polishing and diamond polishing.
4. Thermal bending;
This is a step to bend the acrylic pieces into certain shapes and structures we need. A mould is used for control the angle and radian of the acrylic.
5. Splicing;
Splicing is a process than needs strict control. The location should be accurate; and the strong degree is another aspect that is important.
6. Assembling;
This is the last step for the acrylic display stand. We need to test the stability and quality of the stand in this step also.
