The Bonding Technology of Acrylic Display Stand

Bonding technology is important manufacturing process of acrylic display stand. This technology plays important role in showing the crystal clear appearance and the value of the acrylic stand. It is conductive to improve the level of the stand.

1. Joint;

Put the acrylic pieces on the workbench, use an adhesive tape to joint them together but leave a gap about 0.3 mm so that you can extrude the binding element. Use injector to extrude the binding element into the gap; tear off the adhesive tape when the binding element has dry.

2. Vertical adhesive;

This is the mostly used method for acrylic display stand binding. The acrylic should be clean up before binding; you need to bind them by using an explorator so as to make sure it will not move its location and its angle when binding.

3. Flat adhesive;

As for this method, the most important is: when putting the acrylic pieces, the acrylic board should be placed onto another acrylic board evenly and gently, make sure there is not air bubble left between the acrylic boards.

4. Slopes adhesive;

When using this tech for acrylic display stand binding, the binding slopes must be fixed by vertical extrude to avoid it from displacement. The extrude must not be taken down before the binging is dry.
